
The Picenum is famous worldwide for the richness of it agricultural production; its history has given us 15 DOC wines and a wide range of traditional cold meats and cheeses, often characterized by the international Protected Designation of Origin label. These are also accompanied by the renowned Ascolana Olives and a rich in perfume and taste Extra-Virgin Olive Oil. The generous inland production is accompanied by the traditional sea-line dishes inspired by local creativity, like the Sambedettese fish chunk Soup.
